During Mr. Sloane’s Atlanta based financial services career he has developed an in-depth understanding of the unique and varied capital requirements of small and middle market businesses, both as a lender and investment banker. He has developed and successfully applied skill sets in transactional underwriting and structuring, problem solving, and financial communications. Mr. Sloane maintains working relationships with hundreds of middle market oriented capital resources in the Southeast and nationwide, from secured lenders to private equity groups.
He founded Triangle Capital in 1995, serving clients intermittently as he pursued new opportunities within thein the asset based lending field before devoting his full efforts to Triangle in 2005.
